The baked goods are quite ok, price-performance ratio also in order. However, we were cheated when paying at the counter. The employee pretended to type the amounts into the cash register and then stated a total of 19.90 - the cash register consistently stood at 3.40. Only outside did I realize that the amount was too high by about 5 euros. Will probably not go in there anymore. In such cases, the receipt requirement, which was of course ignored in my case, is sometimes even appropriate.

Nicely located café. Cakes and pies taste delicious and are made by the chef himself. The coffee is good. Service friendly and approaching. The prices are going. It is also clean.

The cafe can be recommended, was a detour by accident, because we wanted to drink a coffee on the way home. We did not know Maulbronn. Very nice town.

Today's visit was the first and at the same time the last visit. The star is for the coffee. In a nearly empty café there was still no staff to take the order after 15 minutes. For it ran permanently coworker with z. As an angle grinder or serious looking lady with bucket-wise dirty dishes through the café. We finally placed the order ourselves at the counter. The order was then served promptly (indiscriminately on the table). That was it with the service. But there was still an experience. There was another young man who suddenly started to suck in the place with a very foul-smelling vacuum cleaner. This forced us to quickly pay again at the bar and quickly leave the café.

Café with charm! What is referred to as old-fashioned here is currently good. There are enough bakers and cafés that all look exactly the same and sell the same frozen garbage! The cakes all look great and the agony of choice was probably the only thing that remained "negative" in your mind ... Cozy atmosphere and really good cake! The normal baked goods are also delicious.

Every now and then we treat ourselves to a cake from here. Today we had pear, cheese and plum cakes and all three tasted heavenly and as if they were baked by grandma herself.
